West Garage

My car window got smashed while we were there for just 2 hours. As we were walking toward the car I observed "security" walking past. Upon coming up to the car we saw a lot of broken glass on the ground and realized it was from my car. We called "security " back. They said there were no cameras in the garage but they would call their head of security to come help. An hour later after seeing noone again we gave up and left. A 20 year old car that two members of the family rely on for transportation.

Not a fan myself of this parking location, the spots are small and when you bring an oversize vehicle you take two spots. Getting out takes forever because they don't have enough people to direct traffic, same as coming in to park. Best thing it's close to the venue but that's it. Pay for your parking before you go, we paid $21 in advance but at the show it went to $37.

Poor security. Anybody can get in. Windows on my car and others parked in my row got smashed. If you go to an event at the Moda Center, expect to get robbed.

If you wanna park a car next to the Moda Center and you're willing to pay, this place has you covered! They have lines marking the spaces and everything! Drive--don't walk or run--to the West Garage!

Do not park here. I paid nearly $30 to park for a concert and someone smashed my car windows and broke in. NO ONE supervises the garage during events. People prey on the fact the cars in the garage are unattended for hours. They do not have cameras on the top floor either (not that anyone will do anything to help you anyways).
