Reported a parking ticket to the RMV and has failed repeatedly to remove it despite it being paid for eight months now. Every time I call they refer me to call the RMV, who tells me they are the ones who reported it and can’t do anything about it. BEWARE- WILL report a parking ticket to the RMV and then do not have the knowledge of how to remove it. Issue is still present months later.

Was a nightmare and a half trying to leave the garage on graduation day. And no structure / control. Thought was going to be waiting until the day I die before I would even get out of there.and people coming at you cutting you off almost causing accidents All because the attendance wanted to make sure they get their precious money.

Garage itself is fine but Umass needs to overhaul their transportation department badly. They are very unprofessional, responding to one email then never replying again after I was double charged in the garage, when I went to go speak to someone in person they told me to come back another day as they could not help me unless someone else was there. Not only this but recently the shuttle bus service changed for the fall semester making longer waits for buses that are full immediately during peak times as there are no longer enough buses on route for the student population who are mostly commuters. There used to be different routes for the busses to take depending on where you were going and now they've consolidated the routes into just one further making the crowding issue worse. For a scho

Expensive to park here. The parking people give you tickets for everything. Parking on whiteline 75 dollars. Handing cap 75. Restricted parking 75. Oversized vehicle 75. They are supposed to follow City of Boston parking regulations. They don't. They are a cash maker for the University of Massachusetts Boston. They need an overhall of their procedures

The ticket dispenser malfunctioned and printed an insufficient ticket so I could not pay for parking through the pay parking machine, so the service employee checked me out at the service center, but he overcharged me for over 3+ hours of parking!
