Do NOT park here. The signage in this garage is unclear. It only says “Pre-Pay” with posted rates, so I assumed I could pay when I returned. The parking apps would not let me pay for the time already spent, and I ended up receiving a notice from Vanguard. Trying to dispute it was frustrating — there’s no person to speak with by phone, and the chat simply repeated “signage is clearly posted” without offering a solution. At this point I’ll likely pay the notice just to avoid additional fees, but I would not recommend parking here. Clearer payment instructions and a simple walk-up option would prevent situations like this.

BEWARE: Predatory pricing and impossible renewal system!! I strongly advise parking elsewhere. I paid $5.70 for my initial parking and intended to stay longer. When I tried to renew my session remotely, the system provided no phone number or easy way to extend, forcing me to walk all the way back to the garage to pay for another two hours. For a total of $11.40. Despite paying for a total of four hours—which covered my entire stay—Vanguard issued me a bill for $90.10 (increasing to $125 after Dec 24th) simply because of the small lapse in time it took me to walk back to the machine. I attempted to appeal this with Vanguard and asked for the garage owner's information, but they refused to provide it. They knocked my fine down to $63, if I paid within 24 hours. Zero stars! When parking in the garage, the parking app would not let me go over 2 hours. I was not able to ask for anymore time after that. I paid everything I was charged for. No where in or around the garage does it specify a two hour limit. Vangaurd sent me a ticket in the mail asking for an obscene mount of $90.10. There is no attendant there to help int he garage.

This place is a scam. KEEP OUT!!!! There is no attendance and there is no card reader to pay for your parking. You try to pay using the posted App sign after you parked and you realized you have to pay before you park. No matter what you pay you will get a notice of $90.10 for parking violation. This is a legal SCAM designed to get people.

HORRIBLE GARAGE - THIS IS A SCAM - DON'T PARK HERE! Despite paying for parking, YOU WILL get a bill in the mail because you "didn't pay". There is no attendant there to help, the bill you get in the mail has no call center to ask for help. You will get a $60-$90 fine. Don't park here.
