I contacted this company for help with a remote connection issue. Two technicians came out, tried once to connect the remote, and immediately told me it was a bad circuit board and that I needed a whole new operating system — a $450 fix. They were on-site for about 15 minutes and left. Right after they drove off, I tried pairing the remote myself and it worked on the first try. No new motor. No new remote. Just a properly connected remote. As professionals, I expected them to troubleshoot more thoroughly before recommending expensive replacements. Instead, they barely touched the equipment, offered a diagnosis without testing, and moved on. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but receiving a $95 service call bill for this prompted me to speak up. I’ll also be posting this experie

Had to get the springs to my garage replaced due to one breaking. These folks were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the service technician came by and had it fixed in no time at a very fair price. I will 100% use this company in the future!

Not to use a cliche but one call was all we needed. This company showed up fixed the door my significant other hit with her car. The door opener had failed the day before so I'll be gentle on hitting the door. Not only was Corey able to fix the door but installed us a new Lift Master door opener. I called for repair on my garage door and the technician was onsite in less than an hour. Thirty minutes later my garage door was fixed. The cost was very reasonable, far below what I had read online the job would cost. The technician was very professional and proficient. I recommend them highly.
