West-Meyer Fence

My friend's restaurant was broken into three times this year. He does not speak a lot of English. I decided to give West-Meyer Fence company a call and they came out, got the estimate, measured, and custom made, and installed it within a week. The price is reasonable and and Rob was great! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the great work guys.

Unfortunately, my husband & I have to write a poor review regarding this company. Lack of response by Lance when texted numerous times & called in office regarding estimate, occurred over a 3 month period (April-July 2016). Once responded, said he would get back with us, another month would go by without contact. Even staff in office said he never responds to messages left on cell. How can a customer feel like they could invest a large sum of money with a company that is not trustworthy, dependable or responsible? We went with another company, excellent response, came over 3 times to confirm measurements, answers calls & texts immediately. I spoke to a woman at length about my project and was told I would receive an estimate within two days. I called back a week later and she couldn’t find any paperwork on me. I was told I would get another estimate within a couple days. I called back a week later and requested to speak with another person. This time it was a man who told me he would send me an estimate soon after I told him I could not get anything from the initial woman I spoke to. It’s been a week and again zero communication. I will not be calling again, nor using this company.

We own a Carrier heating and distributing company and Lance at West Meyer Fence has always been the “go to” person for any repairs or damage to fencing. It is family owned and operated, as we are, and I prefer to use those types of companies. They are very responsive and extremely honest with their prices. They do excellent excellent work! We had someone cut through a chain-link fence to get to our product and Lance came out and you could not even tell where the damaged fence was. I would use these guys every day of the week over anyone else . We have to help support these family businesses. My husband and I went in to get some gates made it took 2 weeks and several calls to even get a quote back. Then when we agreed to the amount we where told a contract would be sent over and they would come and measure to start the process of making the gates. Again 2 weeks later and several calls with no response we are still waiting. We are going some place else. I can't believe they do business this way.
