We were able to get it the same day and he took our old one off our hands. Thank you for providing great business.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from West Michigan Small Engine repair. After having my snow blower repaired one of the company's representatives had me start it in front of him and go through the machine's operations. I have started it several times since bringing it home and each time it starts on the first pull. It was nice to have it working over the weekend with this area's first big snow. Would go back and would recommend to family and friends.

I spent $500 for them to get my Troy-BILT tractor lawnmower to get repaired, only to go back again to do more repairs another $600.Had it for two weeks, broke down again, money wasted, for them to repair not ever again. They are not reliable and too expensive. Stay away from this place. I think they seen me coming. Stay away! They also said they repaired some things but didn’t. I wasn’t born yesterday sir’s thanks for your non-service repairs. Tire is still flat! Sorry but it wasn’t two months it was 2wks. Don’t go here they lie!

I would like to clear the air here. I'm just a normal guy who knows nothing about lawn mowers. I like to mow my own lawn with my riding lawn mower. My belt had either fallen off or broke twice on this darn thing. I had no idea how to fix it. This place came over to my house, picked up my lawn mower, fixed it, and returned it working for only 98 bucks. I mean, how can you even beat that? Just to have someone look at a tractor or whatever you're looking at 200+ bucks. Let alone picking it up and dropping it off. They're super efficient. Look i get it, you don't get your lawn mower back the next day, it's probably because they have customers left and right and they're doing what they can do to get it done in a timely manner for everyone. Cut these guys some slack and give them a good review

They spell it all out for you so you know what to expect and then they do a great job. Very pleased with my recent trip to see them.
