2 stars for prompt appointment. They were able to come out the next day. And the receptionist Brittany was courteous and informative. The appointment however was a huge disappointment. I was charged $105 for a ‘diagnostic’ fee. Which I don’t generally mind paying. However, the tech’s only equipment he used was a flashlight. I told them I believed it was a clogged or backed up drain pipe when I scheduled the appointment. I was told they would have proper equipment to check for this. They ran some water down the kitchen sink and ran the dishwasher (after almost leaving and talking to the back office and being told to run the dishwasher first). No other equipment was used to check and see if we had a backed up or clogged pipe. They said it ‘might’ be garbage disposal, dishwasher or old pipes

Called after hours for a repair. They called me the next morning and let me know that a technician would be out that day between 2 and 4. I agreed with them to have the technician come on out even though I was at work. The technician was great. Spoke with me before work began to confirm what the issue was and quoted me the price. Did all the work flawlessly. Very happy with the service, repair and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Update: so July 2025 had some plumbing issues related to the sewer lines, it's the only area that had not been touched in my fully remodeled foreclosure. The first time they came out was not the best experience related to this incident but they showed their true colors and how good and reputable of a business they are. They called me up, they came out again gave me extremely good pricing as always and fix the problem I'm not going to say it was cheap but it was a lot cheaper than most places would have charged. Also, I have the knowledge that the work was done right the first time and it's quality that will last for a long time. I can't say it enough this is a wonderful company to do business with. Also, it's good to see a company where there is a low overturn of staff. I know they're good

We recently had our 22 year old hot water heater replaced by West Plumbing. They were quick to get us on the schedule. The guys that did the work were pleasant and professional and did a nice job with a clean install. Unfortunately, it turned out that our hot water issues were not due to the 22 year old hot water heater but a slab leak. West had come back out and diagnosed it as such and had us contact a leak detection company that confirmed and located the slab leak. West came back out and busted up the slab and found the leak, even though it was a bit off from where the other company had detected it. The leak was repaired and the slab was repaired as well. 5, outstanding! Tripp and Cooper did a great job, they were courteous and professional. They explained what they did to fix my pipe hammering problem. Very pleased with the outcome and will use West Plumbing again when needed.
