horrendous experience with these people. They were contracted through Spectrum to bury a line. They moved the line from the perimeter of my fence where Spectrum left it and where it needed to be buried. (it was even marked out with flags where it needed to be buried). proceeded to enter my fence, and bury the line in the middle of my back yard. and not only that but it was only buried to 3" and even less in some spots. I called to have them rebury it in the correct location and to call me when they were coming so I could be there to show them where to bury it. no phone call, they showed up and reburied it in the same spot. horrible company to work with and hope spectum and TDS start to read these reviews and hire another company.

TDS contracted West Shore to install a fiber line in my yard, but after spending two hours on site, they failed to install the line. Instead, they dug up my yard and left a mess. This delay has left me without internet service for over two weeks now. TDS should seriously reconsider who they contract with and prioritize improving service quality. Please address this issue promptly.

Subcontracted to do work for Great Plains communication in Nebraska. They cut through my sprinkler system two different places, I contacted The foreman on the job as well as his boss told me to submit my bills.. And I have not seen a check yet! As a former contractor, this is not even up to code!

This company was laying a broken fiber for TDS (which I am not a custom of) and trespassed on my property, not within the utility easement area that was marked off by diggers hotline. I was given no notification by TDS or this company and they mistakenly followed a temporary line to lay a permanent line around the entire perimeter of my property now instead of through the utility easement. My entire side yard and back woods were trenched without my permission or knowledge.

Very unprofessional experience. An unmarked vehicle arrived and attempted to bury a drop line in our yard prior to diggers hotline arriving on site. When confronted about this, the contractor said it didn’t matter. We politely asked him to leave and scheduled with another company. Would not recommend.
