I hired West Shore Home ( of Knoxville, TN) to tear down my old Bay window in my mobile home and install a superior, more modern, better insulated Bay window. My sales rep was Justin, and the head of the installation crew was, Tyler. Justin was fantastic, extremely thorough in explaining and planning my new Bay window build and installation. A pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and professional. He cut me a sweet deal overall. Tyler and his crew were phenomenal, so respectful, polite, professional, thorough, top notch , well trained and highly experienced at their trade. I felt like I was in good hands and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing up. I have to say my total experience, from Justin to Tyler and crew, was exceptional. Devlin, Chandler,Caleb, Drew and Anthony were all very respectful, polite and professional. As a recent widow and new to the area from the west Coast, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Walk in shower install looks great and was exactly as promised. Cleaned up after themselves and all done in a day. I'm a very satisfied customer. The initial company rep was 5 star also! Samuel Vennix, Riley, Preston and Joe did an exceptional job converting our hall bath from an old walk-in shower to a bath tub/shower and the master bath from a bath tub/shower to a walk-in shower. We had two crews and they did both in one day. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you.

Installers did a great job! Very professional. It took longer than they expected but stayed the course and delivered what was promised. Went above and beyond expectations. Very pleased. Caleb kept everything flowing smoothly and was a good leader. Jabe and Tim worked hard to get it done right!
