Joe E. and Travis C. came on 2/20/26 to install our double doors. They did an excellent job. They worked well together and were very efficient. Service was fantastic. Install was quick and done with impeccable quality. The installers were friendly and took great care to respect our home. They took the time to measure things specific and custom to my Mom’s height (4’10”) and cleanup was swift with nothing left behind. Shout out to Lavontá and Courtlen for an outstanding job and making this a fun experience.

James and Dave did an awesome job installing our guest shower! They removed the original ugly tub/shower and upgraded to this beautiful shower stall with marble look acrylic. Low maintenance and convenient to use safely. No more risky tub to step into. They cleaned everything up without any show of dirt around the work area! We couldn’t be happier! Lifetime warranty is cherry on the top!! I highly recommend West Shore Homes for any home improvement job!!

Austin E., Nick D., and Ed B., arrived at 830am to do a three door installation. They were personable, professional, and engage in conversation about everything that was going to be done. They removed all three doors and the new ones installed. They made sure I was happy and explained how to care and operate the doors. They cleaned up and left the house in perfect condition. Bryon, Eric and Randall did a wonderful job with installing our new flooring. We had a few hiccups of which were not their fault, but they went above and beyond to correct the issues. The job was supposed to start on Monday and when they came to do the job, my husband noticed that the floor coloring was incorrect, additionally we were told that our old tile would be removed to which Bryon stated they typically lay laminate on top of the flooring. At the end of the day we were fine with this. At this point,I contacted Michael the sales manager to fix the situation (wrong floor color and charging us to rip out tile). He was more than willing to fix that issue but the day before on Sunday morning I contacted him to ask him how much it would be to add on the flooring in the bathroom to which
