we had westshore provide us with flooring throughout our entire house. guy was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the process. he had actual pieces of the flooring so we could see exactly what we were getting and how they interlocked together. he helped with all of our questions regarding financing vs paying outright. he gave us excellent advice on how to prepare for the install crew. matt was our pre install person who came out to do the measurements. he was very respectful of our time and worked quickly. he was able to answer any last minute questions that we had. then there was the install crew; bob, john, george, noah, ivan, mike, daran, emma and i’m sure i’m missing a few people BUT…the install crew is where it’s at. we were as prepared as we could get when they ca

Montre J. and Kenny L. are the men who did my tub conversion to walk-in shower remodeling from West Shore Home. It was my upstairs bathroom that needed the remodeling. These guys are great! They were professional, friendly, and very helpful in answering my questions and reassuring me that they would address any bathroom concerns. They started at 9am and completed the work by 4:30pm. My tub to walk-in shower conversion looks fantastic! They did a great job especially after dealing with a recent snow and ice storm that hit the area. They did a good job not scraping or damaging walls. They covered the furniture, flooring and steps. They were also conscientious about cleaning things up after the job was finished. What an amazing experience! We had the master suite shower remodel in our 24+ year old house. Due to my husband’s physical limitations, the old shower was no longer suitable. I had new lvt flooring throughout my home. The installers that did the work were very professional and courteous in every way possible. Bob, George, Emma, and John were the crew that I was fortunate enough to get that did such an outstanding job. Each day they clean up after themselves. Before leaving upon completion they make sure customer is 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who are looking for flooring. Great company to do business with.

Update: Received call from Bill M. today and was able to talk through my concerns. The customer care and concern was unmatched! Bill listened to my concerns, viewed photos with me while on the phone and was able to come to an agreeable resolution!! For extraordinary customer service and then standing on their promise of delivering quality service, they’ve earned the 5 star rating. I would use them again for future projects.
