Damaged my property. they were bad. BOOO they said they would come fix it by 5-1-23 i got a letter, I took them 6 weeks to complete the job, they left refuse (brances) on my property for weeks, NOT HAPPY, MY REACTION NOT PRETTY, I AM LOOKING INTO LEGAL ACTION..

A truck and mulching machine showed at my house on Friday to trim some trees I'm assuming for Arkansas Valley Electric. Ok No problem the problem begans when the open my gate and go into my cow pasture without permission. Then they show up again Monday morning at 720am? Oh and I can't find a phone number anywhere to contact them. Horrible service if you ask me and they left a mess. Don't climb my fence! Update 7/30/24 So west tree service showed up today to get the debris they left 2 weeks ago. Why do they climb my barbed wire fence that is put up for my cattle. Not for people climbing over!

I thought they did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up the yard and took care to not harm my fence. I'd definitely hire them if I could

West has a contract with OGE. They came out last week and cut the tall vines and very small trees behind our fence. It was from the neighbors lot behind out house. They pulled the 14' brush out along our fence line (there is a drainage ditch there) and left it on our lawn! We called West Tree. No one ever returned our call. We called OGE. They said West was supposed to take it with them. It's still here.

OG&E hired this company to trim trees on my property and a neighbors I requested that they call me so that I can be present when they did the work on my property. They did call however by the time I arrived to that property I looked over their truck and a tree that did not need to be removed have been cut down, I asked him what they had done and they told me the tree was not on their work order but they went ahead and did it anyway. I have already begun contacting the electric company and I'm filing complaints. From what I am being told they owe me the replacement of a comparable tree of a similar size and shape and of the same species. I have quite a bit of video documentation showing that this tree had been previously groomed by me it was in no way a danger to the power lines.
