Excellent customer service, called them and they came out next day and gave us an estimate. The same day they had us scheduled for what we needed. The guys that came out very professional did an incredible job, cleaned up put things back that had to be removed to get the job done. Highly recommended.

I recently had some tree work done including the removal of a 50-year-old large southern live oak in my backyard. I was quite impressed with their service and professionalism. I reached out to several companies to request a quote but West Tree Service was the only company to respond relatively quickly. The other companies I contacted, took days to respond or never even responded at all, including the other tree company in the same plaza as West Tree Service. Again, West Tree was the only company to show up when they said they would for the initial quote. Other companies told me my fence would need to come down, a crane could not be used for the job due to the location of the tree, or that it would be a 2-3 day job. From providing the estimate to the actual tree trimming, West Tree Service was first class! We had a lot of damaged and overgrown oaks. Brian gave us a plan to shape the trees and give them protection when storms arrive. Zack and his crew executed the plan removing large branches and a damaged oak trunk. Guillermo and his crew came out the next day and cleaned out the little branches growing on the trunks. Our property never looked better! Excellent! Fast response when asking for a quote, then they were able to schedule us within a week. We needed a palm tree trimmed. Service was awesome and clean up was thorough. We will be calling them again when we need tree service.
