Todd and his team did an amazing job on my home. He addressed several unforeseen issues with patience and grace. He was always polite and timely and very willing to share his wisdom and knowledge with us. He responded quickly to all communication and he worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make the whole process as painless as possible for us. I couldn't imagine a better experience than the one I have had with Westbrook Roofing. Todd went so far above and beyond to help us. He dealt directly with our homeowner's insurance company(we had storm damage) and spent hours on the phone with them giving them all of the information they needed. Any issues that came up due to our insurance not wanting to pay the correct amount was handled by Todd. Todd also came here right away to put a temporary fix on the roof while we waited for our insurance claim to go through the process. Todd did an amazing job on our new roof. He is professional and knowledgeable about the different types of shingles. His team is friendly and timely and Todd was there the entire time. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and they fixed all the water damage from the roof. The clean up was very thorough and Todd himself double checked for any nails that may have been missed.
