Blade was at the World Series here in Los Angels and he took the time from his event to text me some instructions on the installation of the Ring Doorbell Pro 2. Can you believe that? Blake Donaldson completed a list of repairs to my house and did an excellent job on every one. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
