Actual product quality was great; without any defects. They were able to refer me to a door installer of theirs and now my home has a brand new beautiful door! Their showroom has many displays and samples of the products they carry, it’s a great way to help you choose what you’d like to purchase. Great service... I was able to find exterior 8 ft jambs for my front door. They even had it in-stock. They stock a lot of material.

Customer service is top of the line. Great range of products in stock, plus they offer delivery if needed. 10/03/23 Update. I was really impressed with Westco Designer the last time I bought material from them, and they've only improved since. Their new location has a showroom and a snack bar, and they offer a wider range of products you can buy in person, online, or over the phone. What's great is their customer service is still top-notch. Even if something goes wrong, they work hard to make it right. I believe that it's not about the mistakes but how you fix them, and Westco Designer gets that right. I highly recommend checking them out!
