Rich came out to check our washer that died randomly. He was kind, honest, and reasonably priced for being able to come out short notice. We will be using him again if the need ever arises.

Rich responded to a voice message promptly and was able to schedule us in within a few days. He was on time, diagnosed the problem with our dryer, fixed it and we were good to go. We felt his charges were very reasonable.

Rich was quick to get back to me and diagnosed the problem in short order. He advised me that my dishwasher, although a bit old was still very good and worth keeping instead of getting a new one. Once the new part I needed came in he came soon after and fixed the problem without incident. He was very reasonably priced and very easy to work with.
