Western Exterminator

Lamar is our main service rep and he has been stellar for years. Recently we had a critter situation that dumbfounded us on how it was getting under the house. It was destroying newly installed duct work and insulation was blowing out our vents. Lamar tried a few things to help figure out where they were getting in, he set some traps but this critter was avoiding it all. We had to escalate to Peter who handles the more involved situations and he and Sean covered every inch of our raised foundation etc. re fitting panels, sealing up any tiny openings and cutting better mesh barricades to replace what we had. Our crawl space is not pleasant and it’s soooo tight. Sean was under there for a long time checking everything out. We caught what feel is the culprit and now with everything seale

This company has been very pleasant to work with. My assigned neighborhood service rep is great—responsive, responsible, detailed. I am leery of using pesticide and they seemed to want to steer me towards the more environment friendly options anyway. We set up mosquito traps that are targeted just for mosquitos—especially the aedes kind. Aaron is helpful and I don’t have to think about it much, which is great.

Raul came to my home to treat for the termite activity I had and ensured my issue was taken care of. The activity was in an unusual spot and he was determined to find the source of the termites so the treatment was successful. He was professional and answered all my questions. I really appreciate the efforts he made to ensure the problem was resolved.
