Western Exterminator

Been using their services for the last 4 years and they’ve been pretty good until they suggested I needed two crawl space doors built. It cost me $500 bucks so I expected to get something nice but after seeing the finished product, I could have done the same thing for $30 and with the stuff I had in my garage. They said they wanted to make it right so they came back out to redo it and it still looks like something I could have done myself. DO NOT waste your money like I did.

I’ve been with Western Exterminator for about three years, and my experience has been very disappointing. Every year, they raise their prices without any notice. Despite multiple treatments, I still have ongoing ant issues that have never been fully resolved. They also schedule visits automatically and only notify you a day before they come, which makes it hard to plan ahead. For the price they charge, I expected much better communication and effective pest control. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Terrible company! If you don't believe me, check out their BBB Score and reviews. What kind of company doesn't include taxes upfront and adds an invoice for them after being paid?!? When they came out to give a bid, I asked if this was the total price. They said yes and made me sign a contract agreeing to pay that price. Prior to me signing the contract, they signed me up with a finance company and I was approved 100% of the total through the finance company. The day the work was completed I release funds to Western Exterminator Paying the full amount due. 1 week later I received an invoice from them claiming I owed $400-ish. This is the One and Only company I would ever choose for pest care needs. We have been with them for almost 20 years. Every technician that has come out has been very respectful and courteous . They always call ahead and ask if there are any needs. Office staff is as great as the technicians that perform our pest control inspections and services. A+++ 5 star rating - couldn’t get any better!

We are on a regular maintenance schedule. Before our technician went to work, he asked if we were having any new or recurring problems. The treatments are working. The carpenter ants are staying away as well as unwelcome spiders. I did have concerns about the neighbors honey bee hives and was assured every precaution is taken not to harm desirable insects.
