Western Exterminator

We've used Terminix (Western) for many years and are very satisfied with their service - termite, pest, etc. Our service tech - Robert always alerts us when he's coming and the report he provides after the service documents what he did and what he found. His service is outstanding and keeps the house and property infestation clean. I have had to call when something "pops up" in between service visits, e.g., a hornet's nest, and they are always very responsive and successful.

Joseph is wonderful!! We love when he stops by he’s so helpful and always listens our concerns and makes sure to address them. We will absolutely continue to use his services!

Amazing experience!! Joseph goes above and beyond to make sure the property is well maintained. He is very informative about what we can do to keep the critters away, always in a positive mood. We all appreciate Joseph and the amazing works he does.

Finally, after much frustration and poor experiences, we finally got Brooks back this morning! What a relief as we were going to change company. Brooks is and always has been terrific, great communicator, gets the job done properly and efficiently and is a delightful person on top of it! Please don't take him away again!! Thomas comes out to our business each month and is always an absolute pleasure to work with. He always cares to make sure that we're doing alright and that we don't have any problems and is just extremely thorough. Its always a pleasure getting to see him each month and he does fantastic work. I highly recommend!
