I brought them a general idea and they were really helpful with samples, and then helped look at multiple options/price for me. They set up delivery for about 12 pallets to my place an hour north of Yakima. Some pieces came broken from the manufacturer and they were able to get me replacements with no hassle. They let me know how/when to return the pallets for the deposits back, and even stayed late as I rolled in right at closing time so I didn't have to drive back into Yakima a different day. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and we'll use them next time!

The Service and Professional sales people are great to work with. Their purchasing and account system is very rigourous and their prices are fair. I have the opportunity to be their customer, personally and a supplier professionally and enjoy working with Western Materials from both spectrums.

I am so impressed with how kind and professional everyone was here! After the saw was "broken" at both Lowe's and HD, I came here and they agreed to cut a board for me into the dimensions I needed and despite it being a pain in the butt and despite me only needing a $20 board, they took care of me and did an awesome job! They earned a lifetime customer and will be happy to use their services when it comes time to remodel our house!
