Fantastic experience start to finish. Kevin and Adam were professionals right out of the gate and the proposal I received was well priced against the competition. Communication was stellar throughout and when it came time to having the roofing work done, they were fantastic. The crew worked long hours and finished a day and a half AHEAD of schedule! Clean up was well done and management was onsite to walk me through before the project, during and after it completed to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent service and concern for my property throughout. Would definitely use them again!

Western came recommended from my insurance company as one of their preferred specialist. They turned my small roof in a single day. Initially I had a couple small concerns and they addressed those in a prompt and professional manner. Western Roofing Specialists is a reputable company that tries to please the customer. My new roof was very complicated and took a long long time to be completed because we changed the scope of the job part way through the work. It was confusing for everyone but ultimately, I have a beautiful DRY new roof. I recommend Western Roofing Specialists.

No way could I recommend this Company. I hired them to rebuild my deck, a rather small deck 10x16, the whole process took three months and they actually had to hire someone else (an independent contractor) to do it correctly. They actually told me their crew did not know how to fix it to pass inspection. Not even sure how you could bid for business without the right people on staff. At one point I was told the foreman walked out but then they asked me if I would call him because he wanted to make it right, he wasn't going to call me I, the customer needed to call?!?! The first build, about 80% "complete" had to be totally torn out and the hired contractor rebuilt it. Additionally I think once in the whole process did Western call me with updates or information. Kevin and crew went beyond the call of duty on this roofing project. The house had been vacant and for sale for four months when the roof got damaged by a bad hailstorm. By the time the insurance claims were in, it was well into winter, and there were no takers yet on the house. I told Kevin that we could put things on hold until it warmed back up, but luckily for us, we had three offers on the house in late January. The one we accepted was set to close on March 8th.
