We had a major backup in the main line and James came out to help. He was very professional, explained what was going on, and got the clog cleared quickly. We were refered to Western Rooter & Plumbing by another contractor. They came out to investigate a water leak. The first diagonosis was not correct, so they came out again, this time made the correct diagnosis, and waived the diagnosis fee. They performed the needed repair at a reasonable price. We appreciate their deligence and honesty as well as excellent repair work.

The crew at Western Rooter was terrific to work with. They were very accommodating and were very willing to make last minute changes to the job. They replaced almost 100 feet of water main from the street in a day and a half. I will definitely use their services for the rest of the plumbing replacement soon.
