Western Siding and Windows

My elderly Mother and Father in law had these guys supply and install windows in their home. The windows were installed poorly and multiple windows are leaking and black mold is now present. When we went back to discuss they refused to do anything except sell them new windows and recharge them for reinstallation. The owner (Steve) I feel is running a scam business and I think more people need to be weary of doing business with these guys. I was told they only warranty the windows for 1-year. This kind of damage goes on unnoticed for much longer than 1-year. I am very disappointed in this company's customer service and installation practices. I am confident we are not the only ones out there seeing the ramifications of their poor workmanship and double dealings. Buyers beware!

They did a beautiful job, but a section of the fascia plank is slipping down after 5 years. I’m 80 and can’t climb on ladders any more. After 2 times calling them, they finally said they would fix it for $300.00. Just so you know, the fascia aluminum was screwed on the bottom of the existing wood siding but slipped out from under the metal drip edge on the roof and acted like a rain gutter collecting leaves and dirt. had my siding done through these guys 4 years ago. I'm giving a 2 star only because the siding still looks good. To start I have rock all around my yard and after completion of the job and still 4 years later I am finding nails all around my home from the installers!! I'm now needing to downsize a window and need siding to match to finish the project (was never left with any extra pieces) Apon reaching out to these guys I spoke with Steve numerous times. Steve was supposed to look into the job and details of what was done and call me back. I waited 2 weeks with no reply. Apon calling back he says he does not recall this conversation, so we have it again. Again, same deal he said he would look into it and call me back.
