He took his time answering all of our questions and explaining our options to us. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold on something unnecessary, and I didn’t feel pressured into committing after our initial visit to the store to take a look around. Steve was very thorough in helping us decide what would best fit our needs and was honest about what extra carpet features wouldn’t be necessary based on what we were looking for. Westland’s team did such a great job on my mom’s kitchen and entryway flooring. Steve and his team were very helpful and provided great customer service with good quality work. They were fast and efficient during the installation. My mom is extremely happy with how her floors look. The vinyl flooring revamped her kitchen making it look a lot more spacious and beautiful. When time and finances permit I will definitely be going to them to have my new flooring installed. I highly recommend them.

The service was professional and the installers worked quickly. They helped with moving furniture out and back in. And the old carpet was hauled away. The price was reasonable. The two rooms look so nice with new carpeting.

It was fabulous working with Westland Carpet One. First I purchased Linoleum that I am very pleased with. Then I was very indecisive about my carpet selection and Steve was awesome to be so patient with me as I ordered different samples. He finally got me to choose the perfect carpet. It took a long time to get this custom color but it was definately worth the wait. The installers were effecient and courteous and I appreciated the updates and confirmations from Marianna. Steve even went above and beyond to help me with an issue in my patio. I am so happy with my selection, my house looks beautiful. A big cudos to Steve and Westland Carpet One.

Westland just did about 2/3 of the floors in our house. We are very pleased! Steve was highly responsive to our needs. No pressure. He came out a couple times to measure and let us keep the samples for as long as we needed to pick the right product and color. The install crew was excellent! They were very professional and finished in about 3 days (we were told it would take a week). We have a lot of custom features and molding so it was not an easy install. They made sure we were happy with the placement and coloring. Look no further than Westland if you need to update your flooring.
