Westmore Fuel

My home furnace stopped working on March 5 and I called Westmore Fuel customer service and they dispatched a technician to fix the problem. Michael arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and got my furnace working again in 10 minutes. He worked fast and explained the process to me. I highly recommend Westmore Fuels. We've had Westmore delivering oil and they are great! Very prompt and responsive. But in particular, when it came to a tune-up for our boiler (keep in mind - the service bundle that you can buy with your oil does not cover any maintenance, it's just a repair insurance type deal - you need to specifically ask for a tune-up) - it was a fantastic experience. In particular, Mario was a true professional, extremely helpful, thoughtful, diligent, and explained everything extremely well. I would happily stick with Westmore if only to make sure Mario is the one who services our boiler. Don't hesitate and ask for him!

10/10 couldn’t recommend Michael from Westmore enough. He was prompt, courteous, and informative with an emergency fix for my boiler after it stopped working on a frigid day this winter. Westmore also provided an emergency refill of my tank this morning but that wasn’t the primary issue. My (now former) HVAC service provider dropped the ball for several hours and finally said they couldn’t help till Monday! Desperate, I called Westmore on Friday afternoon and they promised someone in the next few hours. Within under an hour, Michael was at my door and within 30 minutes he solved the problem. Thank you so much for saving us from the cold this weekend!

Our service technician from Westmore is great. We have been using their service for years and Mario has been our consistent tech for just as long. He is thorough and explains everything. A delight to work with him.
