The order process was simple and transparent, and the delivery arrived right on schedule. The driver was professional and left the receipt in the mailbox, which I appreciated. Everything was quick, smooth and hassle-free, exactly what you want from a home heating oil service. Based on this first delivery, I'm very satisfied and plan to use Westmore Oil Express again. Convenient and easy to use website with transparent pricing and ordering process. I needed oil delivered fast and simply, they provided exactly that. I sent them an e-mail to clarify something and they promptly responded, great communication and response time. Delivery arrived on schedule, ordered on a Friday and it was delivered Tuesday morning. Really great service and happy I switched to Westmore Oil Express for my oil deliveries! Easy to use website that provides full price transparency and allows me to quickly place orders. I’ve never had to call and speak with someone on the phone to place an order, or selling me on services and expensive price plans. Deliveries come promptly and without issues. I definitely recommend this company.

Have newly used Westmore for my home heating oil needs for the past two months. During the months of Nov and Dec Westmore has offered the best price (two cents to 10 cents per gallon better) over several other COD heating oil delivery companies I have been using the past several years. Both deliveries were made within 24 hours compared to other COD companies which have taken 3 to 4 days to deliver. Easy order process via their website.

SFSG. Made my first order for a reasonable price minus my 5 cents per gallon off. Delivery was prompt during a pretty snowy week. The entire order was made and confirmed online. I'll update this review after my second delivery. But all good so far.... One more thing. This Bioheat fuel definitely burns cleaner.
