Westmoreland Pools

Gary was a pleasure to work with throughout this project. This was a big project. Pool, Pavilion, Outdoor Fireplace, Outdoor Kitchen, Landscape Ltg and several Natural Gas features. I spoke with several pool builders and general contractors. Gary was the only one who can handle the entire scope of the project. His attention to detail and quality of his workmanship was much appreciated. The pictures speak for themselves. The finish project exceeded all our expectations.

We had a very tough project and 9/10 pool companies would not have been able to handle it. Westmoreland Pools was the 1/10 that could. We have 2 levels to our backyard and the pool was going on the lower level which made getting the pool down there very difficult. Gary and his team knew what to do from the beginning and got the job done and the quality of work is spectacular. Thank you Gary, Mark, and the entire team for making this happen and delivering on a dream! We really truly can't thank you enough!

Their sales are as crooked as their pools. They (no joke) nearly blew up my house when their truck lit on fire. They’re not responsive. Their owner blames his own employees rather than taking ownership of mistakes, and to this day, the concrete around my pool is still crooked. Run away from this company while you still can! P.S. I’m not someone who enjoys writing bad reviews. My frustration with this company has driven me mad, and I feel powerless to do anything but this as a last resort. I hope this honest review will save you the heartache I’ve been through.

I had purchased a new pump motor from another company and I was going to install it my self. I ran into some problems and I called Adam and he scheduled me in right away and they were at my house in 2 days. Noah came and installed the motor and fixed one other issue he saw that was wrong. I really appreciate the quick service and the knowledge Noah has to fix my situation. Gary should be proud of the work of Adam and Noah both. Thank you guys for all your help. It is really hard to find people that care any more. Adam and Noah definitely do. Thanks again .

Numerous delays in installing the pool last year. We would wait around all day for the workers and no one would should up. This year we had scheduled with them to open the pool. Again, waited around all day and no one showed. Did not have the decency to call and let us know they would not be coming. Supposed to come again today, called last minute to say that they couldn’t open our pool for over two weeks. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will be finding a new company to work with.
