My delivery was between 2-4p. The men showed up at 345. They were friendly, explain the new AC, very neat and removed old AC from house, very satisfied. Tara was the best sales rep I ever had this year, she is knowledgeable, friend and quick with email replies. High recommend Weston.

I own a house in Rego Park and have wanted to update my home's AC system as many home owners wish to do so. I only had inefficient and noisy in wall units that also collected dander and dust and also allowed cold air in and out during the winters. My biggest wish was when I do go to get it done I make sure the installation is done professionally which meant to understand the right amount of BTU's not only based on the size of the room but also what floor it was on. I had 3 quotes and the other installers didn't consider that the basement actually is always the coolest location in the home so 6000 BTU's was more then in enough. Other installers suggested 9000 BTU's, which would have taken away the capacity left from the upstairs units for no reason. Also needed the installers to understand

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had with Weston Bros. They went above and beyond to help me figure out a problematic a/c replacement, and the customer service was outstanding. From Tara in the office to the guys who came to install my units, everyone was extremely professional and accommodating. Five stars isn't enough for this neighborhood HVAC company!!

Victor was able to schedule a visit very soon after we requested a diagnostic to determine why our currect mini split system wasn't working properly. He checked the system and asked specific questions about how we used the specific areas of our home. Based on our answers he was able to reconfigure the system to better suit our needs and save us money. He was patient and a good communicator. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Weston Bros. Project Mgr. Victor was gracious and easy to work with. The crew was great relocating an older unit and installing a new one. The inside as well as outside units were installed very neatly and the crew’s work ethic was positive from beginning to end. I am very satisfied with the end result. Great job Weston Bros!
