Westwood Village Square Parking

I wish I could give it zero stars with how awful the ticket attendant was. I mistakenly entered the parking lot, the attendant made me and three other cars reverse instead of letting me in to make a u-turn. When that was deemed impossible, it took me and the car behind me 5 minutes arguing with the attendant to let me in to make a u-turn, while he was trying to charge me $6 for the 30 seconds i’d be in there. Awful experience, 0/10.

Literally NO reason to use this garage when there is a free parking garage the next block over. Rates are ridiculous. $2 for every 12 minutes? The attendant was incredibly rude to me and threatened me.

I parked my car here to go to a play nearby. The attendant told me the garage closes at midnight. The play ran a lot longer than I expected, and I got back to the garage at 12:15. Doors were closed so I called the towing company and the office number. They told me nothing has been towed and that they would leave a message for the front office that I would be back tomorrow morning to pick it up. Here’s the rub. The garage opens at 8:30am. I got there at 8:29am and talked to the attendant. He told me my car was towed. After a back and forth to understand what happened, he tells me that he was “kidding” and that he was just about to call the towing company and just wanted to “make sure I knew [the consequences?]” - He unnecessarily made a stressful situation even more stressful to seemingly

Sunday oct 21, 2018 the garage was abandoned. No ticket taker and gates were open so thought it was open access. Went to Noah’s across the street. Came back and now the clerk was there. She demanded money before allowing us to leave. I told her it was abandoned when we went in. She stated she was “ getting coffee”... not MY problem. RIP OFF BUSINESS. Go to the garage up the street by CVS.... first 2 hrs FREE.

DRIVER’S BEWARE: THEY CHARGED ME FOR BEING IN THE GARAGE LESS THAN 1 MINUTE!!!! I was literally in and out. Absolutely bonkers that they charge you for just entering. If I could leave a “no star” rating, I would.
