Lights turn green when space opens up, red when parked, double sided cameras, when you enter it tells you how many spots are open which way. $3 validation, if you lose your ticket it’s $40. Make sure you pay before you leave bc it’ll say you’ll still be here and add up or something.

complete trash 🙃 i will admit that it’s my fault for not paying for my ticket at one of the places on my way out but when i realize i can’t pay at the machine with cash i called for assistance and they hung up the first time and the second time i asked what to do and the lady told me i would have to put my hazards on and back up to go to the elevator to pay and i ask her what to do because i have cars behind me to which she replies “honey everyone has to do this every day you put your hazards on and back up” very rude and disrespectfully and so i put my hazards on and wait while cars piled up behind me because they probably don’t know what’s going you guys don’t really have a set of rules to follow and i really wasn’t about to let my car sit there unattended but thankfully an attendant ca

This is for parking and OSU!! TOO MUCH FOR PARKING!!! Parking validated only for a short time! Still had to pay to get out. Due to complications after husband's outpatient procedure, we had to stay hours longer. This should have been an ALL DAY validated parking! We are paying hundreds or thousands of dollars out of pocket for an outpatient procedure, all day validation would be reasonable! Patient family members who had a family member passaway anywhere in OSU, should have validated parking!! After dealing with my father's passing, we had to worry about leaving and paying to get out of the garage!!! Terrible!!! Really advanced for a parking garage, more than any I've seen anyway, especially with the lights and signs along the ceiling that direct you to free spaces. Big fan of the direct hospital access.

I take my fiance often for procedures & appointments. Everyone there is very helpful! Glad we choose the James Cancer Hospital for his treatment.
