$20 to park in Boston for an event? Yes please. It was clean and didn’t have any funky parking garage smells. Easy to prepay and the staff leaving with the concert crowd was excellent. Expect to wait 30 minutes to leave an event like that; it was a reasonable wait time.

GRID LOCK IN THE GARAGE!!! What an absolute cluster show of a garage. I wish I could give negative stars, exit signs are misleading on some floors. We just left a show at the road runner. I got in my car at 9:45pm and it is now 10:30pm and we haven't even left the 3rd floor yet!! This is absolutely unacceptable and an absolute safety hazard. If there was ever an emergency of any kind you're better off parking your car and walking out it'll be quicker. The only nice thing about this garage is its well lit and that's about it. I tried to call the number provided for the garage but no success. I know its 10:30pm but the menu options had no options that worked when selected it kept saying "invalid selection". Not even a chance to leave a message for a manager for the morning to let them know h

don’t do it I don’t know what to do instead but don’t get stuck here. we have been here so long please let us out. bring snacks and water to keep in your car for after the show because you will be hanging out in it for an hour!

Never ever park in this garage for a Roadrunner show. You will spend an hour sitting in your car waiting to get out, and I'm not exaggerating. Park away from Guest St and walk over to the venue instead... will save you $20 and a ton of heartburn after the show.

This parking garage is Hell. There are two lanes to get out and an attendant that won’t even direct people to do so— sat for over an hour after an event in the area. Avoid this garage at every cost. Park at the New Balance building.
