We've been working on moving my mother in law from Massachusetts to Michigan and it's been an absolutely terrible experience. We've used Bekins for her twice in the past and never had this bad of an experience. We're at 32 days late for delivery and currently waiting for the driver to get authorization to unload. Somewhere they dropped the ball on that. The move manager, Lisa must have a lot of vacation time saved up, because she is rarely working when we try to call her. We frequently get someone who tells us, well she's off today.
