Wheeler Excavation and Trucking

Asked to have dirt hauled to my property for my pool setup. Informed our installer that there would be rocks no bigger than his fist in the dirt. All was good, until the driver dumped a majority of super large rocks and boulders in the road. Driver argued that he didn't deliver that load. Would not recommend them if you need useful dirt.

They kept telling me that they were coming out to provide me an estimate but would never show up. After several communications and also letting them know that if they weren’t interested in the job to let me know. No harm, no foul. But they didn’t have the professionalism to let me know and waisted a lot of my time traveling from Texas to Missouri to meet with them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I originally put one star because there was a misunderstanding Starbuck Wheeler and his dad came and assessed the problem said he doesn't deal with them any more but directed me to other people who do. He has been so helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to use his services I appreciate his guidance very nice he and his dad.
