The people at Whipple were great to work with from being to end. Emma received my call about my leaking hot water heater and my concern about possible flooding in my home, she took my situation very seriously and did everything she could to get someone out to evaluate the situation. Emma contacted me several times with a 30 minute period with updates on her progress to have someone come out the same day. Her final call was to let me know that her manager Brennan would be out within 30 minutes. Brennan was very professional but was also really friendly with a great sense of humor. He quickly evaluated the situation and contacted a plumber to come out to replace the water heater within the next 20-30 minutes. I recently had an excellent experience with Whipple Service Champions and want to give a special shout-out to technician Regan. Earlier this year, another local plumber repaired a leaking pipe on my water heater but accidentally broke the bypass valve on my water softener during the job. He replaced the broken part but refused to install the updated components required for my older unit, telling me to “just look it up on YouTube” because it would “only take a couple minutes.” After weeks of searching and getting no follow-up from him despite repeated calls, I was left frustrated and without a working water softener. I needed electrical outlets to facilitate bidets on 2 toilets. I later asked for an outlet in the master closet. Tony offered a surge suppressor on my breaker box; then offered preferred customer service with annual inspections of electrical, plumbing, water softening, heater and air condition for $20 per month. While he was installing the outlets and surge protector, Tony helped me put in a new dryer that I purchase the day before. I needed help getting the dryer out of my truck bed, then into the laundry room.

Trevor Vincent was great! I discovered my 23-year-old water heater was leaking just before I left for work in the morning. Trevor was able to come when I got home from work the same day and let me know the options for a new water heater. Then he installed the new water heater the same night and took away the old one. Thank you so much!!!
