In February 2021 due to fire this company was contracted through Whisonant Roofing LLC to install a Goodman 96% gas furnace , a/c., siding and assess any other problems. Around October 2021 I had problems with Unit was not heating and problems with the water condensation tube. My unit in the attic. I was not informed that maybe 80% gas furnace would not have this problem. I called Ben Hvac and the original contractor Mr. Whisonant. They really gave me the run around. First I was told about problems with gas and had Washington gas come out they informed me no problem with gas. Later I found out all of them were negligent and just ignorant.
