I was skeptical for a second because of the negative reviews. But if you look closely negative reviews are from new users probably bots. And a lot of positive reviews are from people verified with a good number of reviews under their belt. In any case, that's not very much related to the service. Which was great. I called in on Saturday about a broken washer. I got an appointment the same day and a time window. The technician showed up during the time window, diagnosed the problem in minutes and repaired it very fast. Yes, it was a common problem. Yes they had the part they needed on hand so I got lucky. But overall I had a very great experience. And the price was reasonable. No complaints whatsoever.

The workers efficiently fixed our microwave and it worked as good as new! This business is a place we will always rely on! They responded promptly and got the job done at a timely manner. At a reasonable price, there is no better service than at the White Crow Repair!

This is a scam service, please beware. I called them earlier this year based on the reviews on Yelp for a broken washer and a stove burner that wouldn’t light at a rental property. They first charged me for the washer but couldn’t repair it so they refunded me via a check in the mail. Then they spent over an hour trying to repair the broken stove burner only to tell me that they didn’t buy the right part. My tenant was left so frustrated and, in her own words, said the repairman “didn’t seem to know what he was doing” that she asked for a different repair service. When I asked White Crow to call off the stove repair as well and refund me what they charged, their attitude changed completely. Kerenza did a great job to identify the issue with the dishwasher and get it fixed. Initial issue was to change a filter and then the plugin box burnt out in a weeks span and they did get both the jobs done well. Ryan did the replacement of the box well
