Having hired White Diamond Landscape as the President of our HOA, I had very high hopes for a strong working relationship with their organization. Regrettably, their commitments were not fulfilled, and our community has been thoroughly dissatisfied with the service quality and overall experience. I suggest exploring other options to prevent encountering the same disappointment.

This company is absolutely terrible. Do not under any circumstances hire them. They are supposed to do our community weekly. They started off great and then went downhill QUICK! They create ruts in grass, cut screens, damage edging, leave piles of grass, or blow it all over you mulch and RUIN it, leave gates open so your dogs escape, cut very uneven, etc. I mean you name every nightmare you have about a landscaping company, and they do it. Above anything, the most frustrating part is that they DONT CARE!! They don’t reimburse for the damage they cause and they eventually stop responding to you. I reached out very nicely a few weeks ago and felt hope, but it turns out it was just lip service. They stopped cutting around our tree and ruined our mulch by having grass grow over it. So we just

If for any reason your lawn is not looking the way you had in mind, just reach out to us and we'll make it right. This comes from the White Diamond Landscape website. It’s a part of their contract. I can honestly say for the last 14 months they have been terrible. They ruined my curbing with their mower, have broken, sprinkler heads, etc I immediately contacted the owner and he was unable to work with, had total disregard for the damage.I had to reach out to my HOA to solve the issue and it took them over a year to repair the damage. needless to say they do not stick to their guarantee.

I hired Kevin and his team to spread mulch at my home in Sarasota. Kevin was so communicative and courteous. The team did a very good job and I am happy with them overall.
