Excellent service.! They were prompt and explained clearly what they were about to do. Very polite and they left my space clean and polite. My carpets were wonderful! I will use again.
The technician was late and arrived in an unmarked van,didn't apologise for being late.He then steam cleaned the carpet and while he did, he tried to remove stains with his dirty boots by rubbing the stain backwards and forwards,disgusting? After he finished he emptied the dirty murky water on the nature strip.
Great experience, very professional, great service. I will definitely use them again.. I highly recommend this company.
