I was looking for cleaning service today and I called and texted repeatedly but no one answered the phone which is a mobile phone. They finally decided to text me with the text reading, “Thank you for your feedback Ms. Baker. We only answer the phone during business hours, which does not include weekends, before 9am or after 5pm. Best of luck in your job search!” I do not know a Ms. Baker. Furthermore, it’s bad business that you assume I’m looking for a job when in fact I’m looking for someone to do a job. It would be best to find someone else. I close deals with 30+ clients per day and I still can answer my phone.

Michael Leblanc invented the word service! He did an exceptional job. He came to my home several times to insure I got what I wanted. After the job was done he came out without any charge to touch up a spot and even clean outside my exterior door where his staff came in and out of. Michael went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job White Glove performed. He was honest, trustworthy and a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Michael and his staff.
