We dealt with a mold smell for a long time and had several restoration companies come out but none of them could figure out where it was coming from. When Dave from White Glove Restoration checked the attic he immediately found the source, something no one else caught. Hi team removed mold that had been there for years, and they got it all done in just one day. Super professional, easy to work with and actually knows what they're doing. I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they’ve done to help me through a stressful situation. My washer decided to break and leak everywhere on the floor below it, and Kenneth was there within a few hours (Sunday night of a holiday weekend, no less!) to set up fans and begin the drying/mitigation process. Roy was fantastic at communicating what to expect through this whole process, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and even worked with with my home insurance policy to file a claim. Kenneth came back a few times to monitor progress as well as cut out the affected drywall, and Jerome also very efficiently removed all the affected tile. Roy recommended a contractor to begin the restoration. Before this project was finished though, we had another surprise leak - this time

We had a water leak, and when White Glove Restoration checked the crawl space, they found also mold and took care of it right away. Very professional and easy to work with, I highly recommend them for mold removal and water damage restoration.

We were remodeling our upstairs bathrooms and one of the "finished" bathrooms toilets was not sealed properly, so it had been slowly leaking down onto the ceiling above our kitchen. White glove assessed the situation and did their best to keep the area contained so that we could still access our refrigerator. Joel went above and beyond when he taped and protected the awkward space in our kitchen so our lives did not have to be turned upside down. He was great at communicating and the job was finished when they said it would be. Joel was very thorough, we are confident everything was handled appropriately and our home is back to being a safe place for us. For being in a very stressful situation we are very happy and appreciative for the quick resolution.
