This company had a hard to find fireplace blower for a cozy world heater. I called them from Colorado, they had the part in stock and shipped it to my door within a week. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Called to order a simple window lineal. Called on a Saturday and ordered it. I was told by the agent that he would call me back on Tuesday to confirm the cost of shipping. Understandable due to it being Labor Day weekend. No call received. I called them back on Thursday the 4th because I did not get a call. Spoke to a couple different agents. All said they would call me back and never did. Finally just said can we please just ship the item? Charged me for it and stated it would ship. Kept waiting for it to come and nothing ever did. I gave it 7 days because I understand with shipping times and you know sometimes the mail doesn’t get picked up and it gets delayed and what not. Called again this past Wednesday the 9th and stated once again they would “call back”. Guess what? They did not. I
