If I could leave zero stars I would. These workers create some hazardous conditions for pedestrians and bikes. I was riding my bike past the Redding middle school construction site and I got tangled in some of that orange netting that’s in the middle of the sidewalk and got all scratched up and my bike is damaged. I will be calling osha and filling out a hazard report form. This is unacceptable do better and don’t make unnecessary hazards. Put the cones and netting on the edge of the sidewalk not where someone could fall and get hurt
