Whitley's Septic Systems

Called to see if hours were maybe on a calling system as they were not posted online...I was met with a very rude voice asking me the time...LIKE I told you to pick up the phone!!! NO...i will take my business to metro concrete now. It does not pay to be rude when YOU decided to pick the phone up after hours.

Unfortunately I've never done business with them directly, due to lead times or because they don't offer the service I needed at the time. However, they've been the reason why I have saved $2,000 per project. Kathy, daughter of Floyd has always been helpful in recommending her brothers or nephews when her father's company is not available. She stays on the phone with me 15+ minutes trying to find me a contact for my project. Her recommended installers have always have quoted me $1,500-$2,500 cheaper than other septic installers. They stay busy, mainly because of their prices and quality of work! I'd love to do business directly with them one day....however as long as they keep up with the great customer service and honesty, I'll keep trying them. This should be where you start pricing out

I have been doing business with this company for quite a few years now. Every time I need a part or require service to maintain my system they are always available to assist. Brent Schwartzrock was recommended to me by them for my service contract. I have never ever had a problem that he couldn't help me with. Unlike the previous contract I had with another person that didn't show up or send reports to the county.

I went to get some septic parts from them and didn't know Cathy had a appointment to go to and I called her and she went back and talked me through getting there and sold me my parts cheaper than other places and was so nice about it and when I had problems with my septic pump her husband talked me through a check list and my system is doing fine. I'm 71 and they were so helpful and nice and I will go to them from now on. They are very honest and caring people Robert Cammack
