My home owners association connected me with Whitman Development Group to repair my garage ceiling after a leak damaged it. The before and after photos I hope to successfully attach speak for themselves. Their office person Brittany was polite and very easy to work with, and their man Wilmer was also exceptionally polite and hard working, and he did an excellent job. I am very satisfied.

DO NOT ALLOW your property management or association to hire this company. Our experience with Whitman boys is that they evaluate a repair, you sign off on it. Then they proceed with the repair and they mysteriously discover that it will cost more money to fix. They pulled all the boards off of an access deck to a backyard and let it sit for 13 days, the tenants did not have direct access to the backyard. A floating floor was repaired by a highly rated contractor. Home Services PM allowed Whitman back on the property, which they do not have permission and they damaged the floating floor so they could get a contract. Whitman is a vendor for Home Services PM. Arrogant, poor work ethic, poor workmanship. You have been warned.

My condo association hired Whitman. They sub contracted ALL of the work. I was very pleased with the subs work but John Whitman Sr is very arrogant and never addressed any of my concerns which after it was all said and done, ended up costing them more time and money because he had an attitude and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I think mainly cuz I am a woman and btw In am the owner. My dishwasher is further away from sink than the norm and suggested drain line and water lines be put in before counter top be put on because of dead space where lines needed to be fished thru. I nicely addressed this via text twice with no response. He adamantly insisted on putting countertop on first. When the plumber came in to hook up dishwasher, he had to drill into my new cabinets n

Our Condo Association contracted this company to do storm door replacements. This has been the most horrible workmanship I’ve ever seen! First door(pictured) had a drill hole coming through the door and they attempted to hide it with paint. I had to file a complaint to get that door replaced. The second door installed(also pictured) doesn’t even line up for the door latch catch, and the gaps all around the door are ridiculous. I was told that they will install all the condo storm doors and then come back to fix what they can. Here’s a good idea….complete the door before going to the next door!! Never recommend this company to anyone! Called Jeffrey 4 times with no call back!
