WOW. I thought I had a pretty good relationship with these people but I guess not. It doesnt matter if you spend $20 or $7,647 your no exception. Get some control over yalls emotions guys. Just some advice. I ask someone to look at the 8th or 9th glass that I had cut here and it broke. Simple question, "Hey do you mind looking at this glass yall cut, I just want to see if theres anything we can do to reso-" Him shaking, "NO! IT WASNT BROKE WHEN IT LEFT SO IT AINT ON US!" He was so angry and was shaking over a simple question. Why? All I was doing was asking a question.... He was trembling like he wanted to fight me... Calm down dude. Lol hell I probably would have continued to work with this shop if they would have worked with me lol. If yall cant handle your emotions, find another job. La

This was my second time using this company and would highly likely use them in the future but consumer beware of the service fee charged for card payments. I tried to pay over the phone when getting the quote and was told, “you’re a repeat customer, so, it’s ok”. The installers asked if I’m paying by check or card. I said I prefer by card and was told I would be called. Instead, I receive an email with an invoice notice which included an additional service fee added to my bill. I called in to discuss this and the young lady I spoke with seemed to have no concern when I told her it might be good business practice to inform consumers of the service fee up front instead of on the back end. I could’ve had a cashiers check available on the day of install. She stated the first time I used them,

Experienced and efficient with friendly staff. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service fairly priced.

The work is quick and effective and not expensive. The only complaint that I could think is that it took a couple of times to call in because they are so busy! Definitely recommend.

They got my car in & turned around quick (after someone shot out my back glass with a BB gun), but I paid $900 for a back glass for it to SHATTER on me as I was loading groceries, 6 months later from NOT properly installed!! Highly do not recommend, they don’t work with you in any way and I just had to pay $800 to get it replaced elsewhere. Would never use them again, a glass doesn’t just shatter for no reason.
