We recently moved to Salem, VA and discovered left over wood floor boards made by Somerset. Whitt Carpet is an authorized dealer for Somerset floors and they were able order an EXACT match! Sarah at Whitt Carpet was fantastic!! She came by the house and took all necessary measurements with great accuracy. She knew how much was needed for the layout she had in mind. It turned out amazing! The experienced installers were careful in laying down the flooring in place. We're very pleased with the results! Very good people to deal with. Sarah arrived promptly to assess our job and ordered exactly what matched our other carpeting and in the correct quantity. The installation by Jay and his helper Kirk took about 6 hours. They moved our heavy furniture, worked to remove the squeaks in the subflooring and installed the matting and carpeting without any gaps around baseboard molding. They cleaned up after themselves and put the furniture back without mishap. Very professional job.
