Cole at WHiZPro is always so friendly when I call to say I am having plumbing issues. Today, I was most fortunate (to be a service plan member) as I was smelling the natural gas which their plumber Jonny determined was slowly leaking. He professionally assessed the problem, provided me 3 various solutions ranging from replacing just the gas valve, the least expensive option with 24 month financing (with no early pre-payment penalty) to labor only to install a customer-provided new unit (since I get a sizeable veteran's discount from Home Depot) or a brand new 50 gal that WHiZPro-would provide to replace the existing 20 years old 40 gallon one. Safety first!

Anthony possesses a high degree of technical skill for identifying & analyzing a situation & determining the root cause., developing a solution and plan to resolve. Great interpersonal skills and work ethic. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend WHIZPRO PLUMBER.!

Johnny arrived right on time this morning at 8:30, completed the assignment by about 1230. Everything appears to be good-looking forward to having soft water. He explained everything to us very well and he was the most pleasant young man.
