Skyler was phenomenal coming out to give us an estimate, we booked a insulation the gentlemen that came to the house did absolutely phenomenal job highly recommend wholesale carpet if you're looking for top of the line customer service.

If you buy carpets or flooring from anywhere else but here, sorry to say you're doing it wrong! Let me just start by saying if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. When I first pulled in to get a quote, the place looked kind of sketch on the outside but once I walked into the building I was greeted by a very friendly, kind face. Skyler was not only attentive but listened to my chaotic situation, answered all my silly questions with grace, and helped me all the way to the end. Carpets were very affordable, communication was spot on, and the guy who came to install them is truly a master of his craft. These guys know exactly what they are doing 👏

The owner is so nice and helpful and they are very reasonable!! I would highly recommend these guys for any of your flooring needs! Deserves more stars

They have a wide selection of flooring but I won't shop there again.I stopped by earlier to buy a small piece of 8ft by 8ft vinyl or lanolin flooring for a outdoor shed. I asked the young man at the desk if I could buy a piece ti fit 8×8 exactly. He told Mr no. He said it comes in 8×12 ft. I asked him if I canjust pay to have them cut it exactly and he said no...I was gonna pay the full price for the flooring but I only needed 8×8.... I guess he just didn't feel like putting down his phone to help me... several years ago an older couple ran this store and I went in and bought new flooring for my kitchen and bathroom. I had a great experience when doing business with them.
