I went here with a gasket issue during a toilet install at home & thought I might need a different size. Turns out I didn't but while here got some excellent information and a little instruction on how to tighten things up at home. Top notch customer service.

Should be called 'Wholesale Family'. All these guys really go to 110% for you and have about anything you're looking for. If they don't have it, they'll do research and advise you. But its not just about plumbing. Its about having a shoulder to lean on. When you're down in the dumps, they're ready to listen. I've gotten through a lot of tough days because their moral support and feedback. You walk in the shop looking for a toilet, and you walk out with timeless wisdom and a couple of buds. The good stuff is usually gone if its past noon and its not too warm, but its free so that's a win. The root beer on tap is pretty bomb tho

I came in looking for a replacement part to our shower faucet that broke. The guys were extremely helpful and accommodating, they really went above and beyond to help me find a replacement! I can't recommend them enough, they really made my whole week and I was able to fix our faucet the same day with no issue.
